Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while offering growth through mentoring and collaboration. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
