Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 with support from one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Maintain a positive company image through community activities while receiving mandatory OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Enjoy guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
