Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by a team including hygienists and dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average workflow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while maintaining CPR and DEA certifications. Offer multiple schedule options for a healthy work-life balance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
