Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, with support from one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, while engaging in activities that promote a positive company image. Assist in creating memorable experiences for underserved families through high-quality, affordable care.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
Desired Qualifications
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
