Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3–21. Participate in morning huddles, mentor colleagues, and promote a positive company image through community activities. Join a team focused on creating accessible, high-quality care for underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
Desired Qualifications
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
