Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants using DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Lead morning huddles to foster collaboration, recognize customer focus, and maintain a positive company image while serving a patient base primarily aged 3-21. Participate in mandatory OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training alongside ongoing mentoring and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
