Job Summary
Practice full-scope family dentistry, performing dental implants alongside general and preventive services for a diverse patient base ranging from young children to adults. Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach while mentoring and being mentored in a collaborative environment. Manage an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily with a staffing ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, supported by guaranteed base pay exceeding $200K, a 40k sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
