Job Summary
Conduct full-scope family dentistry, including implant placement, operative procedures, and preventive services for a diverse patient base averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach while mentoring and being mentored in a collaborative environment. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units with a staffing ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Receive guaranteed base pay exceeding $200K with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
