Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with up to 30% adults, while completing yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
