Job Summary
Deliver dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to promote team collaboration, customer focus, and goal achievement. Provide care in a compassionate environment serving underserved families, supported by yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
