Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited program
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- CPR
- DEA license or registration (and other required certifications)
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and teamwork for patient-centered dental care
