Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, celebrate customer focus, and maintain a positive company image. The role includes mandatory OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, with opportunities for growth through mentoring and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
