Job Summary
Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast. Calculate supply plans from generated demand forecasts and prepare monthly/weekly supply planning files and KPI reports. Maintain healthy inventory in DCs and stores while monitoring supplier issues to ensure availability. Coordinate with suppliers on delivery alignments and work cross-functionally to drive forecast adjustments and resolve project issues. Identify slow-moving or non-moving SKUs to flag to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or Economics with 1–3 years of demand or supply planning experience. Advanced Excel and SQL skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or any relatable specialization.
- Between 1 to 3 years work-related experience in demand or supply planning.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL.
- Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Has a continuous improvement mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
- Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
