Job Summary
Associate, Delivery to support the successful execution of projects by maintaining task lists, timelines, and trackers; assist in keeping project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira) accurate; track deliverables and milestones; document requirements and notes; contribute to templates and documentation; coordinate with Delivery leads and cross-functional teams; manage client feedback and risk early; support resourcing and project data accuracy; contribute to a structured, end-to-end delivery process in an agency environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or similar environments (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under direction
- Comfort working within established processes and tools
- Comfortable working on fast moving projects
- Ability to work with a large breadth of stakeholders
- A proactive mindset; willing to ask questions and surface issues early
- Eagerness to learn how projects are delivered end-to-end
- Experience in digital assets or social media assets is a plus
- Previous experience in an agency environment preferred
