Job Summary
Associate, Delinquency Management (Loss Mitigation) contributes to Mortgage, Auto & Consumer Loss Mitigation by managing the Loss Mitigation email inbox, coordinating with internal/external teams to resolve inquiries, ensuring compliance with investor regulations, processing claims and workouts, analyzing post-loss mitigation loan activity, and preparing reports to meet service standards. The role requires handling customer communications, ensuring timely responses, and collaborating with investors’ representatives and service providers in a hybrid work arrangement based in San Juan, PR.
Required Qualifications
- Associate in business administration or related field required
- Two (2+) years of experience in Delinquency Management, Loss Mitigation or related area
- Working knowledge of core banking systems, loan servicing platforms, and investor reporting tools strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish), both written and verbal, required
