Job Summary
Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Instructor role at CHCP Houston Northwest campus. Responsibilities include delivering classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to ADN students, mentoring nursing students, promoting professionalism and patient safety, maintaining current OB/GYN/nursing practice knowledge, and fostering a positive learning environment. Qualifications require a Texas RN license, with Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred (or BSN with six graduate nursing credits if Master’s is in another field). Strong OB/GYN or Women’s Health clinical background and prior teaching/precepting experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current Texas RN License required
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree preferred, ideally in Nursing (MSN)
- If Master’s Degree is in another discipline, candidate must possess: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of six (6) graduate nursing credit hours
- Strong OB/GYN or Women’s Health clinical background required
- Passion for teaching and student success
