Job Summary
The Associate will manage commercial real estate debt investments, focusing on tracking and analyzing loan performance, reviewing construction draw packages, and addressing borrower challenges during construction. Responsibilities include generating reports on loan performance metrics, building relationships with stakeholders, and adhering to internal reporting and risk management policies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with focus on real estate preferred
- 3-5 years of total experience in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets
- Ability to read and analyze loan documents
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Superior communication skills
