Associate - Debt Advisory

Develop and monitor complex financial and business models, evaluate various capital-raising structures, and analyze balance sheets and corporate information for presentation. Conduct company valuations, participate in contract negotiations, and prepare corresponding documentation. Manage partial project leadership tasks and mentor analysts and interns. Requires a successful university degree with outstanding grades, at least three years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with advanced MS-Office proficiency. Located in Frankfurt am Main.
