Job Summary
The Associate Dean of the Online Hybrid Juris Doctor (OHJD) Program provides strategic, academic, and operational leadership for all aspects of the OHJD Program, including accreditation compliance, student success, curriculum oversight, faculty support, program administration, and long-term growth. This senior administrative role oversees accreditation and compliance (ABA Standard 306), academic quality and learning outcomes, curricular coherence, faculty recruitment and development, student advising and services, program operations, residencies, data analysis, and strategic planning to advance VLGS OHJD program quality and impact. The position may be hybrid or fully remote with regular travel for residencies and institutional responsibilities.
