Job Summary
Associate Dean of Undergraduate Business Programs to lead strategic transformations in the Mason School of Business' undergraduate program, coordinating leadership across admissions, program design, international exchanges, student success services, and accreditation/compliance efforts; responsibilities span managing academic calendar, curriculum offerings, transfer credit evaluation, program evaluation, advancement collaborations, and brand/d rankings activities while guiding staff, faculty, and student engagement to ensure an exceptional, inclusive student experience and alignment with accreditation standards; required to work with cross-functional groups, manage budgets, and oversee policy and compliance activities, with remote-work flexibility during low-demand periods.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or a combination of education, experience, and training
- Significant leadership position(s) preferably in an AACSB-accredited business school or closely related school/college
- Successful record and experience leading, developing, and training professional staff
- Experience with the design and management of international exchange programs including development of relationships with universities across the world
