Associate Dean, Strategic Initiatives & Business Partnerships

Lead high-impact strategic initiatives supporting the growth and long-term advancement of the Katie Marmion School of Public Health and the Center for Rural Health in South Texas. Partner with School leadership, faculty, institutional leaders, UT System partners, regional stakeholders, and external affiliates to develop new centers, strengthen strategic partnerships, and advance regional public health initiatives. Translate organizational strategic priorities into structured work plans, support planning and resource alignment, build infrastructure for new initiatives, and monitor progress against goals. Recommend adjustments based on data, outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to ensure effective execution of School-wide strategic plans and operational readiness for new centers and externally focused programs.
