Job Summary
Support Nursing leadership in developing and implementing long-term quality programs by conducting faculty observations, mentoring, and evaluating staff. Oversee on-boarding of new faculty, organize work assignments, and facilitate positive communication with students, faculty, and clinical partners. Track key academic metrics like NCLEX pass rates to monitor performance, develop action plans for non-compliant areas, and assess clinical site satisfaction. Contribute to sustaining curricula in accordance with accreditation standards and provide advising to nursing students regarding conduct issues. Represent the University to students, professional organizations, and the healthcare community while maintaining strict adherence to institutional and governmental policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year or more experience serving as faculty member in a professional nursing education program
- 1 year or more management experience within the nursing field
- 2 years or more full-time or equivalent direct care experience as a practicing nurse
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point and Teams
- Demonstrated track-record of organizational/team/individual development
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day business operations with discipline and a keen focus on details
