Job Summary
Lead recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs while overseeing pre-admission advising, orientation, records, financial aid, and career readiness operations. Develop data-driven strategies to recruit, retain, and support student success, including enrollment forecasting, ROI analysis for marketing initiatives, and accreditation-related student outcome reporting. Optimize Student Services operations through technology and policy development, ensuring compliance with FERPA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Academic Affairs, faculty, alumni, and university leadership to foster a student-centered culture that drives enrollment growth and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Ten (10) years of experience in Student and Academic Affairs or a closely related area
- Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Criminal background check clearance
- Drug testing clearance
- Education verification
