Job Summary
Associate in PwC's M&A Strategy team delivering buy-side and sell-side due diligence, integration planning, and value realization across the deal lifecycle. You will work with high-functioning global project teams to solve M&A-related problems, analyze financial data, prepare work plans, manage stakeholders, and provide transaction recommendations. The role includes involvement in business development, thought leadership, and firm-building activities, with emphasis on pre-deal diligence, integration and separation planning, and operating-model development. Key skills include strong analytical ability, structured problem-solving, effective written and oral communication, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Strategy/ Marketing/ Finance from a premium B-School
- Past Experience: 1-4 years of prior relevant work experience
- Experience in M&A or management consulting domain and exposure to the multinational environment will be a bonus
