Associate de Investment Banking (M&A)

Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, companies, and databases; review financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows; develop financial models for business projections and valuation. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for teasers, info memos, pitch books, and credit committee discussions. Support M&A transaction processes by conducting due diligence, structuring deals, and drafting contracts. Coordinate the work of interns. Requires 2–3 years of investment banking or equity research experience, strong accounting and finance knowledge, and fluency in English. Salary includes fixed pay, PLR, and allowances for food, meal, and transport.
