Associate Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Execute SOPs, checklists, and quality assurance protocols to ensure operational consistency while adhering to SLAs, turnaround times, and compliance standards. Support data scientists by preparing and validating data for model development, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling, and data privacy regulations. Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders and support business teams with data analysis and reporting requirements. Work flexibly across rotational or client-aligned shifts within a fast-paced operational environment, utilizing SQL for querying and basic Python skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL for querying
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas preferred)
- Maintain high attention to detail across all operational activities
- Communicate risks, delays, dependencies, and issues proactively to stakeholders
- Strong adherence to data validation and data quality checks
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
- Ability to commute/relocate: Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors in computer science or master's in computer science with 70% and above
- Strong Mathematical skills
- Understanding of Python programming Data structures
