Associate Data Analyst

Analytics Associate to perform detailed analyses and statistical modelling of property and mortgage data, run valuations of property portfolios using Hometrack's AVM engine, compile high-quality quantitative reports for mortgage lenders and partners, contribute to development and monitoring of statistical performance of AVM models, and build/maintain BI tools to support commercial/product teams. The role requires strong Excel, SQL and Python skills, data visualisation capability, and clear client-facing communication; candidates should be prepared to engage with clients and colleagues to present analytical work and drive data-driven insights.
