Job Summary
Associate will join Secretariat’s Damages & Valuations team to support domestic and international business valuation and damages quantification. Responsibilities include reviewing documents and discovery materials, conducting damages analyses and valuation assignments, supporting deposition and discovery review, managing data and preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations, and contributing to other litigation support activities. Ideal candidates are coachable, intellectually curious, and eager to learn, with strong analytical ability, quantitative training, clear communication, and a track record in economics, accounting, finance, or related analytical disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytically rigorous discipline from an accredited college or university
- Strong preference for CPA, CFA, CVA or ASA
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Stata, R, Python, or SQL
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
