Job Summary
Associate Cyber Security Analyst at Zurich North America focusing on continuous monitoring and vulnerability scanning using security tools to identify and deter potential incidents, network intrusions, and malware events. Responsibilities include SIEM monitoring and alerting, log file analysis, triage and validation of alerts from Managed Detection and Response tools, incident data analysis for root cause and remediation planning, threat intelligence research, client communications and project updates, data collection and reporting, collaboration within teams, and utilization of SpearTip’s ShadowSpear Platform. Pursue continued technical education/certifications (SpearTip sponsored). Pay range provided ($26.20-$42.88 hourly) and hybrid remote role based in St. Louis, MO. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 0 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area or Cyber Security area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years experience in the Information Technology area or Cyber Security area and an Industry Certification
