Job Summary
Process and maintain customer purchase orders in SAP, coordinate with warehouse and other functions to resolve orders, monitor high-urgency orders, resolve claims with Accounting/Quality/RMA, support cash collection for accounts receivable, and generate reports using MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Experience in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person)
