Associate Customer Success Partner responsible for implementing and managing customer background screening programs, structuring long-term contracts to renew and grow revenue, discovering client needs in a solutions-sales context, developing multi-level relationships with decision makers, creating and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue and satisfaction, and coordinating across client, internal teams, and partners (Salesforce) to deliver value and mitigate risk.
