Associate Customer Success Manager - Medical Writing (Sao Paulo)

Job Summary
Coordinate and manage language projects within TransPerfect's Medical Writing division, serving as the first point of contact for existing clients. Respond to requests for new project initiatives, collaborate with production teams to estimate scope, budget, and timelines, provide detailed instructions to project teams, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Liaise between external clients and internal staff, set and manage client expectations, comply with ISO regulations, troubleshoot project issues, understand clients’ industry needs, monitor progress, and deliver high-quality deliverables. Strong client-service mindset, English communication skills, and ability to work with diverse teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; must be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, work independently and as part of a team
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus
- Strong MS Office/computer skills
