Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will own customer outcomes, ensuring each customer receives tangible value from Cyara’s solutions. Responsibilities include understanding and articulating the value of Cyara to customers, managing the entire customer journey, and building long-term plans for success. You will deliver insights for optimization and act as an escalation point when issues arise. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives, and experience managing large accounts. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role
  • Excellent customer experience delivery
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong program management skills
  • Strong analytical skills/ability to identify patterns and spot trends

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing large, multinational accounts
  • Strong technical acumen to add value to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business value
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment or telecoms
  • Knowledge of testing and the software development lifecycle
