Job Summary

Customer Success Associate at Kosign serves as the primary point of contact for members, handling inquiries via Zendesk, supporting client onboarding, catalog ingestion, and data cleanup, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure accurate royalty statements and smooth administration of client agreements. Responsibilities include maintaining client account information, supporting production and distribution of statements, delegating core team duties, designing processes to improve efficiency, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with Operations and other teams to optimize services. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information. Additional value from music administration or music publishing experience.

Required Qualifications
