Job Summary
Associate Customer Service Representative for Wells Fargo in Roanoke handling customer inquiries about credit cards and financial products across channels (phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries and problems with empathy, following work guidelines and regulations, using multiple computer systems, and escalating questions to supervisors as needed. The role emphasizes delivering best-in-class customer experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate tools and policies to meet customer needs. Training starts 8/10/26 for eight weeks (8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) with on-site requirements and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
