Job Summary
Associate Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish/English) in Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending. In this role, you will support customers and seek ways to improve inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through multiple channels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations; regularly receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions to more senior colleagues; interact with team on basic information and with internal/external customers; on-site training for 8 weeks with a schedule of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bilingual speaking, listening and reading proficiency in Spanish/English
