Job Summary
Associate, Customer Service Lending Delivery responsible for daily operational service support and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role resolves client problems promptly, handles transactional requests and escalations, and investigates service needs. It requires engaging with clients to assess and address concerns, publishing regular/ad-hoc reports and dashboards, directing clients to relevant resources, contributing to new product/service development from client insights, collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify service gaps, and ensuring all interactions and resolutions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The position emphasizes risk-aware decision-making within the bank's Risk Management Framework, collaboration, data analysis, problem-solving, and a strong focus on client satisfaction, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Required Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred.
