Job Summary
Associate – Customer Service role responsible for delivering timely, accurate customer service via phone and web chat, articulating complex client plans and provisions to help participants make informed decisions, and maintaining defined SLAs and quality targets. The role requires handling production time on calls, owning self-learning and documentation, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and adherence to SOPs. The position supports background checks and aligns with Alight’s diversity and inclusion values, with opportunities across multiple teams and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in listed discipline (BA, B.Com, BCA with aggregate marks >=55% and no gaps)
- 2-4 years work experience in International Customer Service (Voice)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with minimal grammatical errors
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Appropriate typing speed for effective documentation during/post interaction
- Ability to work evening/night shifts
- Good analytical skills & attention to detail
