Job Summary
Support SMB clients daily with reactive guidance and proactive outreach to drive satisfaction and retention. Engage in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreements while managing larger books of business with fewer touchpoints. Provide on-demand C-Suite relationship building, identify service opportunities, and coordinate their execution in partnership with internal teams. Prioritize quickly in a fast-paced, client-driven environment to ensure all interactions support the customer's business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years
