Job Summary
Associate CPM will design, scale, and optimize the operating system powering CPM workflows across CRM/ERP/quoting/order management, translating operational challenges into scalable system and product requirements. Responsibilities include improving data quality and system adoption, collaborating with Product and Engineering on enhancements, standardizing workflows and playbooks, eliminating bottlenecks, building dashboards and automation, and developing clear SOPs and training materials. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with CPM, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product teams, while supporting adoption of automation and AI within operational workflows and driving measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years experience in operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or systems-driven roles
