Associate Customer Order Desk

Job Summary
Support COD/MSSR in the management of repairs/spares orders from creation to delivery, liaising between ADS and RMAF; monitor inbound/outbound shipments and ensure fulfilment of contractual requirements; create RN for material to be shipped; coordinate with Local Warehouse, DMU, freight forwarders, procurement, and other stakeholders to track order status and ensure smooth logistics, including export control checks. Requires diploma and 2 years experience, strong communication, SAP/MS Office skills, and a focus on customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years experience
- Experience in Services/Supply Chain, logistics or material support
- Communication skills to coordinate different stakeholders
- Ability to manage and define processes
- Team work skills
- English Fluent
- SAP knowledge is desirable
- MS IT Tools
- Customer Oriented
