Job Summary
Log into multiple business applications including CRM and background check databases, then respond to incoming customer contacts via chat, voice, and email. Determine the purpose of each inquiry through targeted questions without scripts, resolving issues ranging from rescheduling appointments to troubleshooting login errors. Manage and de-escalate customer frustrations while maintaining a calm, empathetic tone, and document all interactions accurately within two minutes of closure. Contribute to the knowledge base by sharing insights that enhance resources for future cases.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of common computer configurations and strong computer navigation skills
- Valid NBI clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in customer-facing or knowledge delivery role preferred
