Associate Customer Account Representative

Associate Customer Account Representatives are responsible for managing all aspects of the order flow process including project creation, release to manufacturing and confirming logistics support for final customer delivery. Provide day-to-day front-line customer support, build strong customer relationships with internal and external customers working in a team environment. Oversee customer accounts, including new customer set up, manage customer order status and expedite material through our production facilities to meet customer requirements. Possess a working knowledge of plant processes, product characteristics, and systems requirements necessary for the completion of duties. Verify and audit manufacturing order details, confirm orders have been approved for production, monitor hold queues, and manage data files for inter-company transfers. Other duties as assigned.
