Associate Customer Account Leader (Helicopter Business Unit)

Job Summary
Associate Customer Account Leader for the Helicopter Business Unit in Winnipeg leads and supports customer accounts, processes orders and inductions, prepares reports, manages pricing and delivery, communicates customer requirements to production/engineering teams, tracks order status and expediting shipments, resolves customer concerns, and collaborates cross-functionally with service engineers, operations, logistics and materials. The role emphasizes developing familiarity with Heli products and systems, with responsibilities expanding over time as knowledge grows. Junior candidates are targeted to bolster succession planning within the experienced Heli customer support team; responsibilities start with administrative/program support and progressively broaden to include account management, costing, invoicing, and customer communications.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in communicating effectively with customers (internal and external)
- 3+ years or more of experience in planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and sensitivity to diverse norms
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred) or two years or a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration/Commerce (preferred)
