Job Summary
Lead and manage individual cost management assignments from inception to completion for a major data centre construction project in the Nordics, creating project costings and budgets to ensure profit and budgetary targets are met. Coach and develop team members while monitoring performance to drive innovation and improve service delivery standards. Act as a key technical resource providing advice on industry best practices and manage relationships with senior clients to identify opportunities for cost management improvements. 50% of time is based on site in Norway with a one-week-on, one-week-off-from-home rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in a similar CSA Cost & Commercial role
- In depth technical knowledge, including construction processes and cost & commercial management
- Experience completing commercial analysis and insights
- Experience working closely with external stakeholders to build client relationships
- Experience managing business relationships and supporting with senior management level activities
- Experience of managing people, and leadership skills including the ability to motivate others
- Experience in building and managing client relationships at senior-management level, including the ability to act as a trusted advisor
- 50% of your time will be based on site in Norway - 1 week on 1 week from home rotation
