Job Summary
Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement to support company goals. Required Qualifications
- Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers
- Adjust or move store fixtures including garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; may need to move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level; may involve climbing up to a 12-foot ladder; replace overhead lightbulbs and signs occasionally using a 12-foot ladder
