Job Summary
Assist in underwriting crop insurance by reviewing and entering data, processing applications, policy changes, and production reports. Maintain records of policy information and production data, audit insured and agent paperwork for completeness, prepare and distribute reports to team members, agents, and field personnel, and provide agent support through business correspondence for administrative tasks. Adhere to Underwriting Guidelines and Risk Management Agency (RMA) regulations, attend training to gain knowledge in the Crop Insurance Industry, and contribute to a positive work environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Data entry experience
- Crop insurance experience
- Insurance coursework experience
