Associate Critical Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Monitor the Environment Monitoring System, including chiller cooling, water pumps, AHU units, and UPS systems, ensuring data hall temperature and humidity remain within range. Respond to equipment alarms on site and troubleshoot abnormal incidents based on SOPs, escalating severity events per established procedures. Escort vendors to ensure compliance with safety protocols and oversee all data center activities. Log weekly and monthly electrical and mechanical system consumption reports, maintain up-to-date drawings and asset inventory, and process incoming tickets via the portal or email. Perform daily tasks such as server tape insertion and remote hand support while participating in DC-related audits. Work 12-hour shifts (9am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am) in Cyberjaya.
