Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients while reviewing disclosure and attending daily courts for remands. Schedule pre-trials and judicial pre-trials, conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout the process. Manage cases from intake through to trial with strong advocacy and courtroom skills. Required Qualifications
- license to practice law in Ontario
- good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
