Job Summary
Manage assigned accounts by processing daily order releases, monitoring collection activity, and submitting credit review recommendations for management approval. Proactively contact customers regarding credit limit exceedances, special orders, or past due balances, while evaluating records to recommend payment plans based on sales compensation and payment history. Report monthly on accounts with 31+ day balances via spreadsheet analysis and handle credit card data updates or assistance navigation. Collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and IT to resolve issues, initiate third-party placements, and manage escheatment letters for unclaimed property. This role supports basic accounts receivable functions within Ingram Content Group's La Vergne, TN office, offering a competitive salary range of $18.35–$22.20/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or directly related years of experience
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365 including Work, Outlook and Excel
